As an Alterations Associate, your unique skills contribute to our reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You will handle general alterations and diverse styles of women’s garments, including formal dresses with beading and tailored clothing.

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer
• Measure, fit, mark, and pin garments according to customer specifications
• Disassemble, sew, and/or reassemble garments according to measurements taken during fitting – use iron and steamer to prepare garments for customers
• Repair damaged or defective merchandise
• Perform garment work ranging from basic to moderately difficult sewing/alteration procedures
• Maintain a clean department and work area

Candidates must be professionally competent in all basic and most advanced alterations.
