How Our Selling Colleagues Spend Their Day:

• Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact: wear name badge, greet teammates, keep the sales floor clean and organized, review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top‑selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions.
• Focus on the customer: offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to build relationships that bring customers back.
• Maintain a shoppable space: recover the floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support any needed merchandise moves.
• Finish strong: share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and end with a sincere thank‑you, often walking the package around and using the customer’s name.
• Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.
• Strive for excellence: improve daily, take pride in work, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results.

Who You Are:

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent communication with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Proficient in reading and understanding employment policies, safety rules and procedures in English.
• Comfortable collaborating with customers and colleagues and acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Goal‑oriented: meeting daily sales goal challenges and delivering outstanding service.
• Resourceful and eager to adapt to changing priorities, able to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable handling electronic devices and use of computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers.

Essential

Physical Requirements:

• Constant standing, lifting, moving, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Good vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job functions including handheld equipment and cash register transactions.
