• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions and solutions.
• Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients  financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
• Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, provide continuous support and service, and conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and policy retention.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance offerings effectively.
• Sales Reporting: Keep precise records of sales activities and client interactions; prepare regular reports for management review.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintain client information confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
• Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (assistance provided).

• Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $/yr (provided by Coury Insurance Group; actual pay based on skills and experience)
• Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly
• Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client s sale
