Determine each customer's vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening. Demonstrate vehicles including test drives.

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate vehicles including test drives.
• Report to the Sales Managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analytics.
• Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc.
• Maintain an owner follow‑up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
• Introduce customers to Service Department personnel to emphasize to them the quality of service available in our expert service department.

• Previous dealership sales experience is preferred but not required, sales experience in other industries will be considered
• Selling appliances, furniture, home improvements, and Best Buy experience is a plus!
• A highly competitive individual who wants to succeed
• Steady work history
• Professional appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and good work ethic
• Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow‑through
• Clean Valid driver's license
