Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Business Fiber Sales position located in Columbus, OH. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with business clients to sell AT&T’s fiber solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new customers, providing tailored sales presentations, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The role also entails engaging with business representatives to understand their connectivity needs and delivering comprehensive solutions that add value and support their growth.

• Proven sales skills, including business‑to‑business sales and client relationship management.
• Ability to understand and explain technical solutions, particularly related to fiber and connectivity products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
• Motivation to work in an on‑site role, driving sales performance and customer engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
