The Role:

As a Brand Ambassador on our Event Experience Team
, you'll be the face of our brand at a range of exciting venues. From bustling farmers' markets to regional craft shows, you'll have the opportunity to engage with hundreds of potential customers, sharing our story and showcasing our delicious products.

• Event Representation :
  Set up and be the face of Simple Times Mixers at various events, both locally and regionally, showcasing our brand and engaging with attendees.
• Customer Experience :
  Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every interaction reflects positively on our brand.
• Sales and Sample Management :
  Track samples and drive direct sales during events, maximizing opportunities to introduce customers to our products.
• Inventory Management :
  Assist in tearing down and maintaining event inventory, ensuring everything is organized and accounted for.
• Collaboration :
  Work closely with our Sales teams to identify new event opportunities.

• Availability for approximately 2-4 markets averaging 20-40 hours per month, with the opportunity to work more depending on your availability and our market schedule.
• Weekend availability is a must, markets typically fall on Thursdays‑Sundays.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds repeatedly (remember we are packaged in glass bottles and that can get heavy).
• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities to effectively represent our brand.
• Be able and willing to drive company vehicles to markets and events. On special occasions, a personal vehicle may be required.
• Deep understanding of the Simple Times Mixers brand and target audience, with a passion for exploring new customer segments and markets.

• Willingness to travel regionally for events. This will offer more opportunities for hours all year around.
• Availability for a set schedule during our local Farmers Market season within a 45 mile radius. (May‑September on Saturday mornings, start and end times vary based on market location.)

• Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 with 25 cent commission per bottle sold.
• Mileage reimbursement for travel 30+ miles outside of Central Columbus when required to use your personal vehicle.
• Per diem on travel days to ensure you're fueled and ready to deliver top‑notch performances at events.
