Sales Associate – GoYoga New Albany | Part-Time

At GoYoga, we offer a full spectrum of group yoga classes, as well as meditation and barre. Whether you are just starting out or have been practicing for years, looking to relax and unwind or build balance and strength, we've got an array of class styles taught by friendly and passionate instructors to help create the space for you to find exactly what you need to care of your body, mind, and spirit.

It is our goal to spread mindfulness to the masses, to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable in our spaces, and to deliver yoga classes - no matter the style - in a simple and empowering way.

GoYoga New Albany is looking for a sales associate to join our team. We are seeking someone who is available for a 4-hour shift twice per week to help provide incredible customer service to our growing community.

This is a flexible part-time, on-site role based in New Albany, OH. Our Sales Associates are instrumental in generating leads, driving sales, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Daily tasks include engaging with new and existing customers, checking in clients for classes, promoting services such as workshops and memberships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also requires contributing to achieving sales targets and managing client communication to enhance our community's overall experience.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills – community is our top priority, and our sales associates should be as much a part of our community as our clients
• Strong experience in sales, lead generation, and relationship management – here at GoYoga, a growth mindset is key. We want a sales associate who is motivated to meet their goals and continue growing our client base
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
• Passion or interest in yoga, meditation, or general wellness practices
• Proficiency in sales or customer management software is a plus, but not required!
