This full-time hybrid role is based in Columbus and Monroe, OH, offering the flexibility to work both on‑site and remotely. The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage and mentor a sales team.

• Proven sales management experience with a strong ability to identify, generate, and close new business opportunities.
• Skills in leadership, team management, and performance evaluation to effectively guide and motivate a sales team.
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data and creating tailored strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for client relationship building and team collaboration.
• Knowledge in the commercial garment textile industry or facility management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in both remote and on‑site environments.
