The RoleGood Buy Gear is seeking a collaborative and driven Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of our industry-leading recommerce solutions for retailers and manufacturers. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is responsible for selling Good Buy Gear’s recommerce programs to small, medium, and large enterprises across retail and distribution.
You’ll collaborate closely with Good Buy Gear’s teams across Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to position our capabilities, products, services and solutions effectively with prospects, and to evolve them based on market feedback and learnings. The ideal candidate is an independent, high‑achieving sales professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and consistently exceeds revenue targets while upholding Good Buy Gear’s values.
How You’ll Make An Impact- Identify, qualify and close the most promising prospects into partners that will help Good Buy Gear continue to grow across key verticals
- Prepare outstanding presentations and proposals for C‑suite stakeholders at prospective partners, and implement winning negotiation strategies
- Become an expert on prospective partner pain points and how Good Buy Gear solves them. Help new partners understand the value of Good Buy Gear to solve their pain points at both macro and micro levels
- Propose evolutions to Good Buy Gear’s product and service offering based on partner feedback

- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, ideally selling solutions into retail, manufacturing, logistics, or ecommerce environments
- Commercial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to analyze and optimize deal levers
- Strong presentation skills – can build compelling, C‑suite presentations from storyline to analysis to output
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively in an ever‑changing scale‑up environment
- Experience in reverse logistics, circular economy, or resale is a plus — not required
- Fully remote role for work‑eligible applicants in Canada or the US, with some travel as needed to meet with accounts
