We're hiring a Sales Agent to represent luxury apartment communities and deliver a first-class experience to prospective and current residents. This is a high-energy, goal-driven role focused on leasing success, customer service, and community engagement.

• Provide information on suites, amenities, and the resident experience
• Conduct luxury apartment tours for prospective residents
• Assist with new lease applications and renewal processes
• Follow up with prospects and residents to address questions and concerns
• Plan and host monthly resident social events
• Drive leads through social media, outreach, and local marketing
• Consistently meet assigned sales and leasing goals

• Sales-driven, goal-oriented mindset
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills
• High energy with the ability to engage and motivate others
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-focused approach
