• Outbound Calling:
  Make 200+ outbound calls daily to introduce products and services
• Customer Engagement:
  Utilize relationship-building techniques to engage potential customers effectively
• Product Knowledge:
  Continuously expand your understanding of our offerings to expertly address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions
• Quote Generation & Transfer:
  Highlight the value of working with licensed agents to drive quote requests and seamlessly transfer qualified leads
• Quota Achievement:
  Meet or exceed daily call quotas while ensuring high-quality, positive interactions with customers

• High-Volume Calling:
  Experience in outbound/inbound sales, telemarketing, or call centres
• Metrics-Driven:
  Proven success in exceeding performance targets
• Team Player:
  Work independently while collaborating with sales teams
• Customer Engagement:
  Build rapport, handle objections, and persuade prospects to proceed with a quote
• Resilience & Adaptability:
  Maintain a positive and goal-driven attitude while handling objections and rejections

• Uncapped Commission: $16‑$17/hour plus generous commission. Top performers earn $60K+ with bonuses
