Role and Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, make sales calls, and establish relationships with customers.
- Build territory/account approach and monitor resources.
- Collaborate with different departments to execute account development plans.
- Prioritize customer demands and provide satisfactory service.
- Manage multiple requests for assistance from internal and external customers efficiently.
- Complete tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned; responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, sales and marketing, economics, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of sales or related experience.
- Experience in the metal industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Positive attitude, competitive, goal-oriented, driven, with a passion to excel.
