The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, has a strong sales background, a professional appearance, can communicate with customers effectively, strong attention to detail, and has demonstrated HVAC selling success.

Ability to earn up to $250k per year in addition to monthly/quarterly bonuses. Comprehensive HVAC training provided if needed.

• In-home sales experience
• Demonstrated success in a sales role
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to manage own time
• Adhere to business ethics codes
• Relationship and network-building skills

• Bachelor’s degree
• Product Knowledge in Trane, Rheem, and Mitsubishi
