e-Commerce Sales Associate

The e‑Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers—online, over the phone, and in person—to help guide their vehicle purchase in our no‑haggle sales environment. You will respond to leads in a timely manner, answer questions, provide information, and guide customers from phone or internet contact to an in‑store experience while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Respond to leads promptly and guide customers through the buying process.
• Provide detailed information about vehicles and financing options.
• Negotiate terms that meet customers’ lifestyles, budgets, and expectations.
• Close the deal and ensure post‑purchase satisfaction, including following up and transitioning customers to the Service department.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior sales experience preferred; retail experience a plus.
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated consultative, organizational, and technology skills.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
