Our client is a real estate investment firm and leader in the distressed residential real estate investing industry. Founded in 2019, the company is well‑established and seeks top talent to join its sales and dispositions team.

Essential Job Functions

The Disposition Manager will drive deals and assets under contract through to end buyers, creating profitable events for the company. The role involves driving sales, overcoming objections, championing accountability, and fostering a winning work environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Press forward with the company’s marketing strategies for properties to ensure maximum visibility and interest.
  • Engage prospective buyers and agents, negotiate terms, and close sales for optimal outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and real estate agents to facilitate long‑term business growth.
  • Continuously monitor property status and guide them through the sales process.
  • Work closely with the acquisitions team to manage and facilitate successful acquisition activities.
  • Utilize tools and analytics to develop pricing strategies that maximize profitable growth.
  • Enter all property and customer information into the CRM system daily.
  • Help develop and implement strategies aimed at improving revenue and profitability.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Highly driven and motivated by sales success.
  • Someone who does not take “no” for an answer.
  • Superior phone skills for setting and closing deals.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Results‑focused with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.
  • Financially driven with a strong desire to earn and succeed.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a natural aptitude for sales.
  • A real‑estate agent license is NOT required.

Job Type: Full‑time

Compensation: Base + commission role with OTE around $125,000-$150,000
