BBI Logistics is hiring driven, confident Account Executives to join our fast‑growing brokerage team. In this role, you’ll build and manage your own book of business by actively engaging with customers and carriers in a high‑energy sales environment.
Earnings:
Average Year 2–3: $107K+ (top performers earn more)
What You’ll Do:
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach
- Make 80+ cold calls per day
- Negotiate freight rates with customers and carriers
- Manage accounts and freight movement using our proprietary TMS
- Communicate urgently and effectively to resolve issues in real time
What You Bring:
- Confidence and resilience in a high‑volume sales role
- Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle rejection
- Willingness to work extended hours when needed
