Design/Sales Consultant Suncraft of Columbus has exciting full-time opportunity for creative individual familiar with residential architecture, design, and construction. Design and sell big-ticket backyard projects including sunrooms, screened porches, open porches, custom decks and paver patios. Applicant must have basic understanding of residential construction and the ability to free-hand sketch and draw scaled plans. We provide specific sales and design training, office workspace, telephone, computer, sales materials and qualified leads.

You will be meeting with prospective clients at their home to discuss their needs and share your ideas. This is an upfront contact position that requires confidence, experience, and the ability to influence potential clients and their decisions. We provide qualified leads-- no cold calling. If you've worked in architecture, interior design, residential construction, or related field and have in-home sales experience, this opportunity is just for you!

Job Responsibilities The Design/Sales candidate is responsible for understanding Suncraft's business objectives and perform the following specific functions:
Meet with potential customers (meetings typically take place at the customer’s home) Show clients photos of completed projects and layouts on Suncraft iPad Take accurate job site measurements and photographs Develop a unique design and cost proposal with use of company Price Book Present your ideas to client with our proven step-by-step system Meet weekly, monthly and annual sales goals and quotas Desired

Job Skills & Experience In-home sales experience Ability to free-hand sketch and draw scaled plans Good knowledge of residential construction methods and good design sense
