Territory Manager, Vision Care - Boston, MA

Vision Territory Manager (VTM) responsible for driving growth of Bausch + Lomb's contact lens portfolio within assigned US territory through sales calls, account management, and strategic planning. Objectives include exceeding sales quotas, increasing contact lens prescriptions, and building strong relationships with independent and retail eye care practitioners.

• Key responsibilities involve executing territory business plans, promoting products like ULTRA and Biotrue ONEday, leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce), coordinating with distributors, and supporting ECP education initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of B2B or similar sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets. Skills in customer needs analysis, relationship-building, and effective communication are essential. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office 365, and Power BI is desirable. High-value specifics include a remote field-based setup, approximately 25% travel within the US, and the need to operate within a large geographical area.
  
  Knowledge of eye care industry standards and adherence to Adva Med guidelines are expected.
