Role
Rare Disease Specialist (RDS) leading market expansion and sales of exome/genome testing solutions in the U.S.
Responsibilities- drive revenue growth by engaging clinical stakeholders (pediatricians, neurologists, genetic counselors, geneticists)
- lead product launches
- develop strategic territory business plans
- negotiate contracts
- serve as a clinical resource for education and training
- 5+ years of successful clinical sales experience in diagnostics or specialty labs
- proven success with complex clinical environments
- ability to influence healthcare professionals and executives
- entrepreneurial mindset
- proficiency with CRM tools
- focus on rare disease diagnostics
- exome/genome testing
- targeting Children’s Hospitals and rare disease networks
- uncapped commissions and a $200K–$250K OTE
remote with travel as needed.
