Job Description: Sales Support Specialist
Location: 100% Remote - must live in Ohio
Pay Rate: $30-$34/hr W2
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM - 5PM local
Project Details: Support sales teams across multiple markets by coordinating customer orders, processing shipment requests, managing intake forms, and assisting with new customer onboarding and compliance documentation
Requirements:Strong administrative, sales support, or operations coordination background; experience managing multiple requests, working cross-functionally, and handling documentation/process-oriented work

Role Overview
We are seeking an organized Sales Support Specialist to join a dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the sales team has the necessary resources to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and will be responsible for managing sales team requests, processing orders, and assisting with new customer onboarding.

• Funnel and process all requests from the sales team for shipments to customers.
• Support multiple sales markets by receiving requests, completing intake forms, and submitting them to the order management team.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new customers by ensuring all required paperwork is completed and reviewed for compliance.
• Act as a key internal support liaison to ensure the sales team receives what they need to be effective.
• Maintain operational workflow between the sales team and internal departments.

Experience: A background in administrative roles is required, preferably in a sales environment.
