What You Bring- Proven automotive sales experience — you know the process, the CRM, and the paperwork
- A track record of hitting or exceeding monthly targets, consistently
- Strong closing instincts and the confidence to ask for the business
- Relationship skills that keep customers coming back and sending referrals
- A competitive, coachable mindset — you're good and you know there's still more to learn
- Professional presentation in person, on the phone, and online
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR
- Bilingual skills are a bonus — not a require men
