Sales Project Manager

Capital Choice Office Furniture designs and furnishes offices for Central Ohio businesses, schools, and organizations, and most of our work comes from repeat customers. We're looking for a true salesperson who is driven by closing deals and who wants to own a customer from the first call to the finished install.

We call this role a project manager because you don't just sell the furniture. You make sure it gets installed exactly the way you sold it, and you're the customer's main point of contact the whole way through.

What you'll do

• Work inbound leads from our website and marketing
• Build your own pipeline through our outreach system: call lists, follow-up cadences, and website-visitor and buyer-intent leads
• Meet clients, learn how their teams work, and design their space with our design tools
• Build quotes and proposals, then follow up until the deal is won
• Hand closed orders to operations, track them through ordering, delivery, and installation, and confirm every job is finished to spec
• Stay the client's single point of contact, and keep the account for their next project

What we're looking for

• A competitive closer who likes being measured on results
• Sales experience preferred (furniture, interiors, construction, or B2B). We'll train the right person on the product and our system.
• Organized follow-through: you set the next step on every deal and keep it
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

What you get

• $55,120 base salary plus uncapped commission. A successful person in this role can easily make over $125,000 in their first year.
