Commercial Lines Producer

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. • Base Salary: $65,000–$75,000 (Year 1; declines over 3 years to commission-only).
• Commission: 40% on new business, 30% on renewals.
• Bonuses:
  Activity-based bonuses (e.g., $1,000 for meeting monthly goals).
• Equity Opportunity:
  Earn equity once your book of business reaches $250,000.

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within middle-market commercial accounts.
• Select and focus on a primary and secondary industry vertical to build expertise.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales goals.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in Risk Management, Business, or Sales.
• Experience:
• 3–4 years of B2B sales experience (outside of insurance is acceptable).
• OR 2–3 years as a Producer Assistant or in an insurance-related role.
• Recent graduates with Risk Management degrees will also be considered.
• Licenses:
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not required.
• Skills:
• Strong prospecting and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to hold effective client meetings and close deals.
• Self-motivated, with a hunger for success and a drive to achieve financial goals.
