Uber and Lyft make their money by charging riders as much as possible for rides and paying drivers as little as possible for providing them.

This system is terrible for both drivers and riders. Fortunately, there’s a better way! The empowered way! Using Empower’s software, drivers set their own rates and get 100% of riders’ fares. As a result, drivers are able to charge riders less than Uber and Lyft and still make a lot more money than they would make driving for those companies.

Empower is seeking full-time and part-time field sales professionals with strong communication skills to acquire new customers (rideshare drivers) in person at John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH). This is a contract position, with the opportunity to transition into full-time employment as a sales or marketing team lead.

• You like sales
• Excellent in-person communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
• Available 20+ hours per week
• Have smartphone
• Can provide own transportation to/from CMH airport
• Fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent

• $40/hour + performance based bonuses
