This involves in-depth discussions to understand their business requirements, followed by the demonstration of how the software can streamline their operations and drive growth. The representative will also negotiate contracts, ensuring that the terms align with both the client's expectations and the company's offerings.

Tasks include conducting market research to identify potential clients and their pain points, generating leads through targeted outreach, and maintaining a strong relationship with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term retention. This involves regular check-ins, feedback collection, and proactive problem-solving to address any issues that may arise.
