Role:
The Regional Medical Scientific Director (RMSD) is a senior scientific expert responsible for engaging with external medical and scientific leaders in Urology, providing balanced, factual scientific information, and supporting clinical research activities.

• develop relationships with Urology Scientific Leaders
• facilitate scientific exchange and congress support
• respond to scientific inquiries
• serve as a scientific resource to enhance understanding of company-sponsored trials and investigator-initiated studies
• identify barriers to patient enrollment
• support education efforts
• gather insights to inform the company's scientific understanding

• PhD, PharmD, DNP, or MD
• at least 3 years of clinical or research experience in Oncology or Urology
• field-based Medical Science Liaison experience
• strong scientific communication, stakeholder management, and knowledge of FDA, HIPAA, and ethical guidelines

• Urology MSL experience
• relationships with Urology SLs
• expertise in genitourinary cancers
