We are seeking a Security Guard who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferable experience: 1‑2 years in security or related field.
• Good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Performs regular interior and exterior security patrols.
• Provides customer service and assistance to residents, employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Responds to all emergency situations, including pendant alarms, building alarms, and 911 calls.
• Investigates and writes reports on accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, and related situations.
• Delivers newspapers, cleans common areas, and empties trash.
• Completes shift reports and other necessary paperwork.
• Demonstrates a positive, professional manner; manages time efficiently and effectively; promotes a team approach; participates in problem solving.
