Armed Security Officer position requiring OPOTA certification. Seeking professional armed officers or retired, or commissioned police officers for various security positions.
Base pay range$18.00/hr - $19.00/hr
Responsibilities- Greeting staff/registering visitors
- Searching bags and packages
- Answering phones, monitoring security cameras/surveillance equipment
- Patrolling inside and outside
- Escorting staff to cars if needed after dark
- 21+ yrs old
- Valid Driver’s License
- Dependable transportation (Your own Vehicle)
- Smartphone
- Must have de-escalation skills
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Clean Criminal Record Required (Sorry, no felonies)
- Armed Guard must have current OPOTA Certification
- If called to interview, please bring your Driver's license/, social security card, and OPOTA certificate
