As a Security Professional – Museum Patrol Operations in Columbus, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Cultural Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned cultural institution locations, helping to deter security‑related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors, and provide outstanding customer service and communication.

• Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner within the cultural institution environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to assist in identifying and reporting suspicious activity, helping to deter unwanted behavior.
• Observe and report any irregularities, including property damage, unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Support the enforcement of location policies and procedures to help maintain an orderly atmosphere for all visitors and staff.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with guests, staff, and emergency responders as situations arise.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
