Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on an assigned shift at a customer.
- Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
- Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
- Handle crisis and common situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to use initiative and independent judgment within guidelines.
- Ability to prepare written reports and logs in clear, legible handwriting. li>Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.>
- Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience and clean driving record (no major violations last 36 months, etc.).
- Must successfully complete background investigation, pre-employment drug/alcohol test, and Drivers Record check if required.
- Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
- Ability to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
- Occasionally climb stairs, ramps, or ladders during shift.
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods.
