Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Columbus District Office (serving COA & HOA communities) - Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM, with an on-call rotation
Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

- 1+ year of direct experience in general maintenance
- Skilled in carpentry, painting, drywall, minor construction, plumbing, and electrical work
- Experienced in gutter and downspout repair, door and gate hardware, and wood trim replacement
- Able to work safely and confidently on ladders for roof, siding, and gutter projects
- Must have basic hand tools, valid driver's license, reliable truck/van, and auto insurance
- Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring safe, well-maintained, and welcoming communities. Every day brings variety, challenge, and the opportunity to make a difference for our homeowners.
- Perform maintenance tasks and respond to service requests for Condominium & Homeowner Associations
- Work on ladders, roofs, gutters/downspouts, carpentry, wood trim replacement, painting, and clubhouse maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and Boards of Directors
- Manage priorities and balance multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
- Respond to emergencies as they arise or while on-call
