SUMMARY OF LABORER AT LAYTON SERVICES

This role assists with a variety of tasks on active construction sites, supporting crews with daily operations. No prior experience is required, but basic knowledge of construction practices is a plus. • Assist with site preparation, cleanup and organization.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment as directed.
• Support skilled trades and equipment operators with various tasks.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow instructions from supervisors.
• Learn and apply basic construction techniques on the job.
• Adhere to all OSHA and Layton Services' safety regulations.
• Exhibit a responsible, safety first attitude at all times.
• Perform general labor and all additional duties as required by role.

• 1+ Years of experience in similar role/construction role
• Knowledge of basic tools and equipment used in construction.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work in trenches and confined spaces.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• OSHA Trenching and Excavating Certificate (can be obtained once hired)
• OSHA 10-Hour Certificate (can be obtained once hired)

• Top pay: $20-$25 /hour, paid weekly
