Holder Construction is seeking experienced Carpenters to support our project located in Columbus, OH.

• Perform skilled carpentry work in the maintenance and repair of commercial buildings and facilities, including rough carpentry, misc. concrete activities, or finish wall paneling, casework, and trim.
• Construct and maintain safety handrails and hole protection, steps and gang ladders, temporary weather enclosures and protection.
• Provide primary support to field supervision; demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, maintain professionalism, and use critical thinking to solve issues.

• 3 years of experience; ability to read drawings; training in construction safety protocols (OSHA 10, fall protection, mobile elevated platforms — boom and scissor).
• A high school diploma or GED is a plus; strong time management skills.
• Physical requirements:
  
  able to stand or walk for long periods, lift and carry materials weighing 50-100 lbs., climb ladders/scaffolds, work on uneven surfaces/heights, read/write, and work overtime and weekends.
