Residential Lead Plumber

. This position offers a competitive wage of up to $45 per hour and a $300 sign‑on bonus. The expected salary range is $60,000 – $105,000 per year.

As a Residential Lead Plumber, you will install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and NSPC. You will also lead a team of plumbers, provide clear technical explanations to clients, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.

• 4+ years of plumbing field experience
• Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, NSPC, and local codes
• Previous or current DOT certification is a plus
• Knowledge of industrial, medical, or agricultural plumbing systems is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly
• Self‑motivated, problem‑solving mindset, and service‑oriented attitude
• Respectful of people and their property; punctual and reliable
