- 4+ years of plumbing field experience
- Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, NSPC, and local codes
- Previous/current DOT certification is a plus
- Knowledge of industrial, medical, or agriculture plumbing systems is a plus
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical information clearly and in layman's terms
- Service-oriented
- Ability to establish a good rapport with people
- Respectful of others and personal property
- Punctual, reliable, and take pride in work
