The Appliance Repair Technician role at Sears Home Services involves diagnosing and repairing a variety of home appliances in customer homes.

• Drive to multiple customer homes, diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves.
• Deliver excellent customer experience consistently.
• Provide value‑added solutions for clients.
• Maintain company truck and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for testing and repair tools.
• Preferred:
  Experience repairing home appliances.
• Ability to follow directions and quality processes.
• Comfort with smartphone use for part ordering.
• Background and drug screen passed.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Travel up to 100%.
• Variable and flexible hours, including overtime.
• Ability to read technical documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Physical ability: lift 20–100 lbs, reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist.
• Automatic transmission vehicle operation.
