Are you a skilled carpenter looking for a stable, long-term position with opportunities for continuing trade education and overtime? We are seeking skilled, hardworking, and efficient craftsmen for full-time carpentry roles in a family-owned property damage restoration business with a team-oriented culture serving the Central Ohio Metro Area since 1978.

Imagine the pride you will get from making fire, water, weather, and impact-damaged buildings look new again. We are looking for employees capable of performing a wide range of carpentry tasks from framing to finish. Skills acquired in the remodeling industry are a plus.

• Capable of performing a wide range of carpentry tasks from framing to finish.
• Skilled in carpentry, cabinetry, trim work, tile, electrical, plumbing, and drywall.
• Direct and oversee the construction process, understand drawings, write change orders, and handle inspections.
• Provide outstanding customer service with proven communication skills.
• Monitor timelines and flag potential issues to meet project timelines and financial goals.
• Maintain a clean, neat appearance and organized workflow.
• Proficiency with technology and logging daily information into company software.
• High integrity.

• Ability to direct and oversee the construction process, understand drawings, write change orders, and handle inspections.
• Provide outstanding customer service with proven communication skills.
• Positive communication skills with company owners, peers, and subordinates.
• Monitor timelines and flag potential issues before they become problems; structure project timeline to meet financial goals.
• Skilled in carpentry, cabinetry, trim work, tile, electrical, plumbing, and drywall.
• Clean, neat appearance.
• Must be organized and display past performance of successful projects (photos).
• Proficiency with technology using computers to log daily information into company software.

PAY:
Pay is based on experience and your resume/skills offered. The average base pay is $40-$50k and increased based on job performance. This is an hourly W2 position - NOT 1099.

You supply your own tools, transportation, and your skills.

Work is primarily Monday - Friday with evenings and weekends free.
