As a Radiant Barrier Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing radiant barrier insulation in residential and commercial properties to improve energy efficiency and reduce cooling costs. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities- Install radiant barrier systems in attics, walls, and other areas of residential and commercial buildings.
- Inspect and evaluate properties to determine the best radiant barrier solution.
- Ensure the installation meets safety regulations and company standards.
- Work efficiently and independently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure proper operation and safety.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Adhere to job site safety protocols and guidelines.
- 1+ years of experience in insulation, construction, HVAC, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of radiant barrier systems and installation methods (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to work in high places (attics, rooftops) and physically demanding environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
