Landscape Construction Team Member – Rine Landscape Group, Inc

Compensation- Hourly compensation starting at $18.00/hr, based on experience and qualifications

- Plant installation (transport, soil amendments, placement, etc.)
- Material movement throughout jobsites using wheelbarrow, ball cart, tarps and other tools
- Use hand tools (shovels, picks, rakes, etc.) to dig holes for plant and hardscape elements, lawn grading, seed/sod installation and related activities
- Perform related tasks to aid in the construction and maintenance of softscape and hardscape projects
- Safely operate and maintain assigned equipment; notify team leader of any necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite; clean up and walk through to ensure all tasks are completed and account for all company equipment
- Maintain a professional image at all times and provide polite responses/interactions with clients
- Report to work at required time, effectively listen and perform assignments from team leader; may assist in equipment loading and unloading
- Snow removal operations as required
- High school degree or GED preferred but not required; one year of experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to read and write
- Some knowledge of installation and maintenance practices (pruning, plant installation, hardscape installation, etc.) preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to shop and assigned jobsites, if applicable
- Submit to background check

Employees are regularly required to stand, walk, crouch, stoop or kneel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
Job Site ConditionsJob sites may be wet and/or humid; involve outside weather (heat and cold), snow in winter, and moving mechanical equipment. Sites are located on both residential and commercial property, and employees may occasionally encounter homeowners’ pets.
Working RelationshipsThe employee will work closely with Division Managers, Team Leaders, Team Members and Clients when necessary.
