Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in Utility Construction, is hiring a General Foreman - Overhead Electrical for our Columbus, OH operation. The General Foreman will be responsible for leading the overhead electrical program in the area.

• Leads projects of various sizes
• Ensures accuracy of timesheets and expense reports
• Develops work-around procedures to maintain crew productivity during delays caused by other trades, customers, lack of materials, absenteeism, etc.
• Monitors Quality Assurance and ensures installations meet customer specifications and industry standards
• Ensures safety practices are observed by all crews during work
• Reports, coordinates, and supervises all aspects of a project
• May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance

• Demonstrated experience managing overhead electrical distribution crews
• Journeyman Lineman certification required
• Experience working from blueprints and specifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; industry-related coursework a plus
