Audio/Video Service Technicians (low voltage) – ICS

ICS, a subsidiary of CTL Engineering, is hiring Audio/Video Service Technicians (low voltage) for its Columbus and Cincinnati locations. The role involves planning and installing cutting‑edge AV and low‑voltage system solutions for regional clients.

$19.00/hr – $35.00/hr (based on skills and experience).

• No extensive travel – clients are within a 90‑minute radius, typically 30–60 minutes.
• A company truck will be provided.
• Corporate headquarters located in New Albany, OH.

• Run day‑to‑day operations on the job site, including programming CCTV, access control, and security systems for corporations, educational facilities, museums, municipalities, and houses of worship.
• Work independently under the direction of a Department Manager.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems that are not functioning correctly.
• Terminate and install devices, headend, and program various access control, CCTV, and security systems.

• Strong knowledge/experience servicing surveillance systems – IP and analog.
• Experience with Software House, AMAG, and other access control systems.
• Strong customer service skills and experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales experience or skills.
• Problem‑solving abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, team‑player, quality‑minded, and detail‑oriented.

• 5+ years of experience in low voltage, AV, security, access control, intrusion, or surveillance industries.
• 2–4 year technical degree or vocational certification preferred.
