Foreman

Position: On-site Labor Foreman (Industrial Fence & Gates) – SAGE Integration

Base Pay Range: $48.33/hr - $51.33/hr plus performance-based bonuses.

Hours: 40-60 per week, depending on owner schedule. Weekends not mandatory and uncommon.

Locations: Travel to OH, PA, MD, WV, IN, NY, NJ & VA. Other states may be available.

• Coordinate a crew to install high security fencing & gate systems.
• Perform pre-dig inspections for underground utilities and be highly aware of hazards in substations.
• Layout posts and grades; install foundations and posts.
• Complete framing and panels/chain link installation.
• Install gates and stone along fence lines as needed.
• Read & interpret plans and shop drawings.
• Maintain safe practices among all crew members.
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, telehandler, excavator, hydrovac trucks, and man lifts.
• Work in live substations near energized equipment.

• Minimum 3 years related experience as a foreman for industrial fencing.
• Union member or willingness to become one.
• Minimum 3 years working in and around live substations.
• Ability to use computers and phones for timesheets and other reports.
• Knowledge of installing slide gates, gate operators and accessories.
• Concrete forming experience for large foundations.
• Substation entry trained or badged.
• Valid Driver’s License required. CDL preferred; CDL training can be provided.
• OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 preferred.
• Drug testing and background checks.
