Residential Electrician - Lead Position

Pay: $20–$29 per hour (based on experience and performance).

Experience

Required:

Minimum 4 years in residential electrical work.

• Leading residential jobs from start to finish — new builds, remodels, additions, and custom homes.
• Managing a crew, delegating tasks, and keeping projects on track and up to code.
• Laying out and installing clean, professional wiring systems.
• Interpreting blueprints and job specs, ensuring compliance with building and safety codes.
• Installing conduit, pulling circuits, setting gear, and trimming out cleanly.
• Working safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in residential electrical work.
• Ability to read blueprints, manage a team, and run jobs with minimal oversight.
• Strong work ethic, reliable communication, and a drive to get things done right.
• Willingness to lead by example and help build up newer team members.
• Clean appearance and professional attitude — we want people who represent the brand well.
