Responsibilities

• Perform work on residential and/or commercial HVAC systems, including removal of old systems and installation of new systems
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and refrigeration cycles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues; communicate findings clearly to clients
• Order and maintain equipment; manage pipes and duct systems through homes
• Train junior team members and mentor peers as needed
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC field experience
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
• Experience removing old systems and installing new systems
• Experience performing routine maintenance
• Experience training junior team members
• Excellent communication skills; ability to explain technical information clearly
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and customers
• Ability to order and maintain equipment
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and understand refrigeration cycles; interpret technical data (pressure/temperature)
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Salary: $60,000 - $95,000 per year
