You'll independently fabricate, weld, and repair metal components used in commercial doors, frames, and related structures, ensuring every project meets quality and safety standards. You'll read and interpret blueprints, follow detailed specifications, and take ownership of delivering precise and durable work. You'll represent our company with professionalism, craftsmanship, and pride in every job.

• Fabricate, weld, and repair a wide range of structural components, frames, and door systems for our customers.
• Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently (MIG, grinders, torches, etc.).
• Conduct inspections of welds and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members or work independently depending on project requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.
• Always operate in a safety‑conscious manner while performing job duties.

• 2+ years of welding and fabrication experience (MIG)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and shop orders.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) and work in varying conditions (indoor / outdoor job sites).

• Experience working with overhead doors, industrial doors, or metal frames.
• Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent) are a plus.
