We are looking to fill a maintenance position for a cannabis company and are looking to hire the right person to perform maintenance duties.

• Lead by example and instill the mission, vision values of the company.
• Audit Mechanical systems daily to ensure proper operation
• Perform Preventative maintenance as needed
• Coordinating with production team to ensure scheduled PMs meet deadlines and modifying as needed.
• Coordinating with 3rd-Party service providers to ensure repairs and maintenance issues are corrected in a timely manner
• Logging and reporting all maintenance items executed
• Inventory and management of all critical parts and backups

• Independently motivated
• Experience in HVAC systems preferred
• Experience with Electrical Systems
• General Plumbing Skills
• Strong organizational skills.
• Has experience prioritizing and delegating tasks.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong understanding of common grow room equipment including electrical systems, lights and light bulbs, timers, irrigation systems, air conditioners and dehumidifiers, and plumbing.
• A minimum of 1+ years of maintenance experience required
• Flexible in work hours, but generally work hours are Monday-Friday

• Ability to work on ladders / scaffolding
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
