Fire & Ice is looking for talented technicians to join our outstanding team of plumbing professionals.
Sign-On up to $2k pending experience and performance.
$20 - $50/Hour performance-based pay structure (Uncapped Commission)
** Top performing techs earn 50+/hour**

What YOU will do as a Residential Plumber:
- Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
- Install Plumbing equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Ensure all installs are up to code
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
- Work directly with customers to design options and packages to fit their needs and budget when applicable
What YOU will bring as a Residential Plumber:
- 2+ years of Residential in home plumbing experience
- Residential Indoor and Outdoor Plumbing Experience
- Great Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Ability to work in home and at the table with the customer to help them understand and build value on options provided
- Willingness to work as part of a Team
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
