As a Tower Foreman (Structural Mod Welder), you will develop new skills, work in a safety‑minded environment, and join us in expanding technology for a better community. Responsibilities
  • Lead daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals determined by leadership.
  • Understand and implement Mas Tec Communications Group (MNS) Health Safety and Environmental Policies.
  • Understand and implement Industry standards (OSHA, TIA
    10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI).
  • Ensure safety requirements at your sites and with your crew.
  • Oversee the daily operations and quality of work performed at assigned sites.
  • Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crew.
  • Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership.
  • Compile all site‑specific closeout documentation for your work effort and upload to customer interfaces.
  • Coordinate with customer representatives for site‑related activities and maintain a good working relationship.
  • Provide leadership and guidance, actively train/promote learning to all crew members.
  • Maintain equipment and vehicles in operational condition.
  • Validate daily timesheets for Management.
  • Serve as a mentor to new or less experienced technicians.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Must have welding experience (industrial).
  • Must have structural Mod experience.
Qualifications
  • Safety is a part of your day to day.
  • You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
  • You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands‑on approach to your work.
  • You are looking for long‑term projects.
  • You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team.
  • You have a high school diploma or GED.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
  • You demonstrate expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge.
  • You have a working knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
  • Owning a WSA certification is a plus.
  • You possess job‑related certifications:
    First Aid, Safety, Rescue, Wiltron, Anritsu, Fiber, PIM, CPR, and Connector attachment.
  • You have organizational, computer, and communication skills.
  • You must be able to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW.
  • You must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record meeting the company policy conditions.
  • You have the ability to maintain FDOT log books; training will be provided.
  • You have the ability to lead, teach and train proper work and safety procedures.
  • You recognize and provide a safe work site with acceptable quality and efficiency.
  • Must be able to provide, record and manage paperwork (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Must be fit and in good physical condition.
  • Must be able to climb towers, lift 50 lbs, and work up to 12 hours.
Compensation

$28-35 DOE.
