R & T Yoder HVAC, Inc in Columbus, OH is looking to hire a full-time experienced HVAC Home Install Tech. Company vehicle and monthly bonus opportunities for qualified applicants. Earn up to $40/hour, depending on experience. A $300 sign-on bonus is also offered. • Remove old HVAC systems
• Install new HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance
• Train junior team members
• Communicate with clients and customers
• In-field sales experience
• Order and maintain equipment
• Run pipe and duct systems through homes
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams
• Understand refrigeration cycles
• Interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• 4+ years of HVAC field experience
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and troubleshoot effectively
• Strong communication and customer service skills
