Job Title: Field Service Technician
Department: Industrial Services
Supervisor: Service Manager
Hours: 7 am – 5 pm Monday‑Friday with potential for overtime
Location: Columbus, OH (travel to customer sites required)

Base hourly rate: $18.00/hr – $30.00/hr (actual pay based on skills/experience). Expected starting range: $23 – $35 per hour.

• Change oil and perform routine preventive maintenance on all industrial equipment.
• Assess and repair damage and mechanical issues on lift trucks.
• Provide lift‑truck maintenance services onsite at customer locations.
• Communicate professionally with customers while onsite.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• 1+ years experience as a service technician, mechanic or similar position.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education in automotive, heavy equipment mechanics preferred.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Work Monday – Friday 7 am – 5 pm; some overtime possible.
• Must lift at least 75 pounds and bend, squat, kneel to work on equipment.
• Predominantly warehouse setting; occasional travel to customer sites.
